PARTIES TO DISPUTE
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 2, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'

MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated the
controlling agreement, particularly Rule 10 thereof, when it refused
to allow Carman J. I. Bryant the overtime rate for change of shift
on June 24, 1957.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Claimant J. I. Bryant in the amount of four (4) hours at the
applicable pro rata rate for the date of June 24, 1957, account of said
change of shift.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
