DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier improperly compensated Carman Helper C.
W. Bennett at straight time rate for service performed on April 26,
1957, Memorial Day.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Helper C. W. Bennett in the amount of four hours' pay at the
applicable rate for the day.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
