DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the terms of the Agreement with the St. LouisSan Francisco Railway Company, the Carrier improperly contracted
out work coming within the scope of Agreement, effective January 1,
19,,5, Amended June 1, 1952, which consisted of building two (2) new
.'u np trailers by an outside shop.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to discontinue contracting out work covered by the existing Agreement and additionally
compensate the following employes:

hereinafter known as Claimants, who were working at the Roadway
Equipment Shop in Springfield, Missouri, at the time of this violation.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
