PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 30, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Machinists)

    BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLALM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That under the provisions of the current agreement Machinists C. W. Garvin and W. O. Stone and Machinist Helpers Roy Keyser and C. H. Smith, were improperly laid off.


    2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Machinists Garvin and Stone and Machinist Helpers Keyser and Smith, eight (8) hours pay at the pro rata rate for each day of the regular assignment and punitive pay for all hours worked on rest days, holidays and any overtime worked by the assigned Working Foreman at Huntington, West Virginia, beginning November 1st, 1957, until this violation is corrected.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex pane form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
