      CENTRAL OF GEORGIA RAILWAY COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That the Carrier failed to recall furloughed Special Probationary Carman W. Gibson to service in accordance with his seniority on July 2, 1957.


    2. That Special Probationary Carman W. Gibson be restored to service in accordance with his seniority.


    3. That he be reimbursed for all monetary loss caused by not being recalled to service from July 2, 1957 until he is restored to service.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
