    DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Carmen)


    MISSOURI-KANSAS-TEXAS RAILROAD COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That under the provisions of the controlling agreement Carmen F. F. Hicks and H. W. Farmer, Osage, Oklahoma, were denied their rights to perform work of the Carmen's craft at Osage, Oklahoma, when the carrier dispatched two carmen from Parsons, Kansas seniority point to perform work of the Carmen's craft.


    2. That as a result thereof, the carrier be ordered to compensate Carmen F. F. Hicks and H. W. Farmer each in the amount of 8 hours at the applicable straight time rate for each of the following days: February 17, 18, 19, 21, 22 anti 23, 1958.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
