      ILLINOIS TERMINAL RAILROAD COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That the Carrier violated the current agreement when, on January 21, 1958, it furloughed Machinist Helper E. E. Neimeier without the proper furlough. notice.


    2. That the Carrier be ordered to compensate Machinist Helper E. E. Neimeier in the amount of four (4) days or thirty-two (32) hours at straight time rate.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
