DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That in the months of December 1957 and January 1958 the
Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company violated the
agreement 'by assigning other than Boilermakers to lay out, cut
material, assemble, drill and weld 98 rail pedestals at its shops in
Silvis, Illinois.
2. That Boilermakers Wilford J. Cully, E. J. Lunhall and B. A.
Early be compensated for a total of 490 hours at the rate of 2.488
per hour to be divided equally between them.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
