CHESAPEAKE AND OHIO RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Carman Jacob Mathes
was unjustly dealt with when he was dismissed from service August
2, 1957.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to restore the aforementioned Carman to service and compensate him for all time lost
retroactive to August 2, 1957.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Diviv(w
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to orgaiu
zation in ex parte form and the Division is now in receip'. of a request front
the employes that the case be withdrawn.

Claim dismissed.
