PARTIES TO DISPUTE
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 41, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'

CHESAPEAKE AND OHIO RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the terms of the current agreement the Carrier
improperly used Foreman Clemons and a Clerk to assist Carman
H. W. Nicely in replacing coupler on Car C&O 98426 on line of road
at Cotton Hill, W. Va., on January 30, 1958.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Oiler and Packer James L. Goff, four hours at straight time
applicable rate of pay for January 30, 1958 for the violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
