DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement, The Pullman Company
is violating Rule 57, when they permit A. H. Meynier to retain
seniority as an Electrician in the New Orleans District. When since
April 7, 1958, he has been working for the Union Passenger Terminal Company.
2. That accordingly The Pullman Company be ordered to remove A. H. Meynier's name from the New Orleans District Electricians' Seniority Roster as of April 6, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
