DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated provisions of the Firemen and
Oilers agreement when they assigned to employes of other crafts,
work which had been, prior to February
2, 1958,
performed by Shop
Laborer Eugene Yarbrough.
2. That the carrier be ordered to compensate the claimant at
the applicable straight time rate, for each day beginning with February
2, 1958
and all subsequent dates so long as the violation exists.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
