DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement it was improper to substitute Carmen from Hartford, Connecticut, together with a truck
with a winch attachment, property of the Sherman Sand and Gravel
Company, New Britian, Connecticut, to rerail New Britian Yard
Switcher Engine No. 0816.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the
following named, regularly assigned members of the New Haven,
Connecticut Tool Train:
A. DeFrancisco C. Windhorst F. Palmiere
A. Raccio J. Lombardi K. Sennett
P. Gilmore R. O'Neill C. Bengivengo
W. Savenelli T. Pepe T. Bohan
H. Albanese C. McHugh
each in the amount of ten (10) hours at the double tire rate.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division. of the National Railroad- Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

Claim dismissed.
