CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That Car Inspector Emerson E. English was unjustly discharged from the service on April 16, 1958 and that accordingly
the Carrier be ordered to compensate him for all wage losses incurred until the time he was recalled to service on July 21, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
