DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement others than Sheet Metal
workers were improperly used to operate the pipe threading machine
in the Car Shop at Clinton, Iowa.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate the employes hereafter listed in the
amount set forth

Ernest Elderkin 12- 6-57 8 hours
Leslie Fog 12- 9-57 8 hours
Wayne Inman 12-10-5 7 8 hours
Elmer Schenk 12-11-57 8 hours
Edward Valett 12-12-57 8 hours
Robert Manahan 12-13-57 8 hours
Russell Parker 12-14-57 8 hours
Delbert Temple 12-17-57 8hours
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
