DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement other than carmen
helpers were improperly used to scrap Rock Island Baggage Car
4085, Silvis, Illinois, January 6 and 7, 1958.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate
Carman Helper K. D. Alexander for three (3) hours at the applicable time and one-half rate for January 6, 1958, and eight
(8) hours each at the time and one-half rate in favor of Carmen
Helpers K. D. Alexander and M. L. Johnson for January 7, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted .to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
