BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the agreement when it furloughed
all Motor Car Repairmen at Rowlesburg, W. Va., and permitted
Section Foremen to perform machinist work as defined in Division
Engineers' bulletin of January 4, 1957.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to compensate Motor Car
Repairman R. H. Liston, hereinafter referred to as the claimant, for
8 hours pay at the pro rata rate when denied the right to perform
his work on February 26, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
