MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Missouri Pacific
Railroad Company improperly furloughed Car Helper E. E. Minden
without giving him four (4) working days' notice as provided for
in Rule 21(b).
2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company
be ordered to compensate Car Helper Minden in the amount of eight
(8) hours per day at the pro rata rate for each day that he was
denied proper notice, beginning with March 17, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

Claim dismissed.
