    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That under the controlling agreement, the Car. ier improperly gave Carman Apprentice R. F. Morris a Carman-ME.; hank's seniority date of January 3, 1956.


    2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to remo . a the name of Carman Apprentice R. F. Morris from the Cs rmanMechanics' seniority roster until such time as he has complete t four years of apprentice-ship.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted .to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above -eferred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case hP withdrawn.
