ATLANTIC COAST LINE RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling Agreement, Mr. J. R. Driggers,
Carman, Waycross, Georgia, was unjustly removed from the service
at 9:30 A. M., August 29, 1958, and wrongfully held out of service
until February 27, 1959.
2. That he be compensated for time lost at the applicable
straight time rate, from 9:30 A. M., Aug. 29, 1958, to February
27, 1959, date he was restored to service.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
