DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1-That the Carrier violated the agreement when it furloughed
all Motor Car Repairmen at Rowlesburg, W. Va., and permitted
signal maintainer to perform machinist work as defined in Division
Engineer's bulletin of January 4, 1957.
2-That the Carrier be ordered to compensate the claimant
R. H. Liston for 8 hours pay at pro rata rate for machinist work
performed by signal maintainer on March 3, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
