CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Carman Helper C. H.
Gore is entitled to compensation for four (4) days at eight
(8) hours each March 5, 6, 7 and 8, 1958 at the applicable carman
helper's rate account carman helper while temporarily assigned
and working as blacksmith helper being utilized to perform carman helper's work of operating drill press.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from ,the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
