DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the provisions of the current agreement were violated
and George T. Wade was unjustly treated when the Carrier would
not permit him to work on his regular assignment from noon, February 13, 1958, until April 3, 1958.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to reimburse George T. Wade
for all time lost from noon, February 13, 1958, to April 3, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
