SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 2, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'

DEPARTMENT, A. F. of L.-C. I. O. (Machinists)


      MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That the Carrier violated the current agreement when it assigned other than Machinist to perform Machinists' work on November 30, 1957, on line of road (Falls City, Nebraska).


    2. That accordingly, Machinist E. C. Smith be compensated in the amount of 121/2 hours at the time and one-half rate for the aforesaid violation.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Clam dismissed.
