PARTIES TO DISPUTE

SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 101, RAILWAY EMPLOYES' DEPARTMENT, A. F. of L.-C. I. O. (Firemen and Oilers)


      GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That under the current agreement, Stationary Engineers William Mason, Barto Kronich, Lester Dorcy and Ben Korhnen were denied the right to work August 21, 22 and 23, 1957, at Kelly Lake, Minnesota.


    2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate each of the aforesaid Stationary Engineers; William Mason 24 hours, Barto Kronich 24 hours, Lester Dorcy 16 hours and Ben Korhonen 8 hours at the applicable straight time rate for Stationary Engineers.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
