DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement, Carman F. Potier,
regularly assigned wrecking crew member, was improperly compensated for some of the wrecking service in connection with the
rerailment of freight car Southern 325512 on June 7, 1958.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate Carman F. Potier at the time and one-half rate for
traveling time on the aforesaid date between 4:20 P. M. and 7:00
P. M., June 7, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
