DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:

1. That on September 3, 1957, the Carrier violated the terms of the Agreement by employing Koss M. Green and assigning him to Machinists' duties.

2. That the Carrier be ordered to remove the afore-named employe from Machinists' work and

3. Compensate a Machinist for each day worked by Koss M. Green.

STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

AWARD

Claim dismissed.
