THE PULLMAN COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the current agreement on February 11, 1958 when it assigned other than Carmen to repair an
air hose or water hose.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate Carman Manuel Firestone for one (1) hour at the
applicable straight time rate of pay for the aforesaid violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division
is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
