DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement, the Carrier improperly changed the shift hours of Car Inspector J. L. Wilson beginning
8 A. M. April 18, 1958 and continuing to May 29, 1958.
2. That accordingly, Car Inspector J. L. Wilson is entitled
to be additionally compensated for fourteen and one-half (141/z )
hours at the time and one-half rate.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred
to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
