THE PULLMAN COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
(1) That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly assigned other than Carmen to Perform Carmen's work, consisting of removing and re-applying, Venetian blinds, Guide rails,
window cappings, Snap molding, Double seat at Section table in
Louge Section 4 & 6, in Pullman car Silver Lake on July 24,
1957.
(2) That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to
(a) Cease and desist from using other than Carmen to perform carmen's work.
(b) Compensate Carman J. Magazino who was next
in line for overtime, in the amount of 8 hours pay at the
time and one-half rate.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division
is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
