ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
That employes of the Telephone and Communication Department were unjustly damaged when other than employes covered
by the current agreement between the Illinois Central Railroad
and System Federation No. 99 were used to maintain an intercommunication system in the Freight House at Memphis, Tenn.
That W. A. Stahl, an employe of the Telephone Communication Department of the Illinois Central Railroad, be compensated
at time and one-half rate for a total of 24 hours per month,
starting with October, 1967 and continuous each month thereafter.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred
to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the
Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case
be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
