DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Car Inspector Walter
G. Cutler should have been called to fill the 7 day position held
by Car Inspector Thomas J. Petritsch, during his absence Saturday, June 14, 1958.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to make Car Inspector Walter G. Cutler whole by paying him the 8 hours he lost
by the time and one-half rate of pay.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
