DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Car Inspector Leonard
Schaub should have been called to fill the 7 day position held by
Car Inspector Walter G. Cutler during his absence Sunday, July
6, 1958.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to make Car Inspector Leonard Schaub whole by paying him the 8 hours he lost
at the time and one-half rate of pay.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred
to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
