DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: Case No. 5185
(a) That the Carrier failed to comply with Article V=Carrier's Proposal No. 7, Paragraph (a) of the August 21, 1954
Agreement.
(b) That the Carrier be ordered to compensate Pipefitter N.
LoPresto the difference of what he received and that which he
should have received when ordered to change shifts on both the
dates of August 5th and August 19th, 1957. The sum of $18.46
which is due him on the basis of time and one-half instead of the
straight time which he has received.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
