    CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY OF NEW JERSEY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    (a) That the Carrier failed to comply with Article V-Carrier's Proposal No. 7, Paragraph (a), of the August 21, 1954 Agreement.


    (b) That the Carrier be ordered to compensate Pipefitter N. LoPresto the difference of what he received and that which he should have received when ordered to change shifts, on both the dates of September 16th and October 7th, 1957. The sum of $18.46 due him, on the basis of time and one-half instead of the straight time which he has received.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
