DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement, Carman J. Lombardi
was unjustly deprived of call for wrecking service on February 20,
1958.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate Carman J. Lombardi in the following amounts:
2/20/58 from 2:30 AM to 10:30 AM 8 hrs. @ time and
one-half
2/20/58 from 10:30 AM to 1:45 AM-2/21/58
15.75 hrs. @ double time rate
2/21/58 from 1:45 AM to 5:15 AM-rest time
3.5 hrs. @ time and one-half
2/21/58 from 5:15 AM to 8:00 AM
26.75 hrs. @ double time rate
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
