DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement Machinist Committeeman John Tighe was unjustly denied pay while attending
an investigation during his regular working hours on July 24,
1958.
2. That, accordingly, the carrier be orderd to compensate
Committeeman Tighe for four (4) hours pay at pro-rata rate
while attending the above investigation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
