DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
"That in accordance with the Agreement W. J. Bork, Electrician, was unjustly dealt with when Carrier would not compensate him at the rate of time and one-half
for the second shift of
eight hours he was required to work for them August 1, 1958.
That the Carrier be ordered to compensate Mr. Bork the
additional one-half rate he was not paid for the second eight
hours worked August 1, 1958."
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred
to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
