CHICAGO AND NORTHWESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the controlling agreement by
assigning other than Machinists to assemble, repair and maintain
machinery at its Clinton, Iowa, Shops.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate
Machinists Clarence Norskov and Paul Anderson eight

per day from November 18,
1957
to February
7, 1958,
for a total
of
480
hours each.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

Claim dismissed.
