CHICAGO AND NORTHWESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the controlling agreement by
assigning other than Machinists to assemble, repair and maintain
machinery at its Clinton, Iowa Shops.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate Machinists R. W. Fuller and C. O. Stuhlman eight (8) hours
per day for February 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second
Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred
to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
