SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 57, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'

THE NEW YORK, CHICAGO AND ST. LOUIS RAILROAD CO.
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement was violated on April 17, 1958,
when the Carrier assigned other than Boilermakers to lay-out, drill,
fabricate and weld locomotive seats on work order No. 1020,
Indianapolis Diesel repair at Frankfort, Indiana shops.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate Boilermakers G. A. Smith and P. Waddux eight (8)
hours pay at straight time rate.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in
receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
