DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the agreement rules, particularly
Rule 10, when they unilaterally reassigned 25 machinists positions
and 2 machinist helper positions at its Settegast shops from a threeshift operation to a two-shift operation and assigned the employes
without overtime payment for changing shifts.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to pay the following machinists
and helpers four hours additional at the pro rata rate on account of
violation of the Change of Shift Rule.
