PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agree.-rient the Carrier improperly
assigned other than Boilermakers to the work of ftting together
and welding of smoke stack and breeching at its Sedalia, Missuori
Powerhouse from July 9 to July 23, 1958, both dates inclusive.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate the following named Boilermakers equally for 162 hours
at the applicable Boilermaker Welder's rate (108 hours at the time
and one-half rate) for the aforesaid violation:
S. R. Smith C. Priesendorf
Fred Pump F. A. Wagner
J. N. Cameron B. N. Payne
R. E. Snyder
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
