MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated the
controlling agreement, particularly Rules 14 and 24, when they
refused to bulletin a temporary vacancy at Anchorage, Louisiana as
such and refused to allow Carman P. C. Lyles actual necessary expenses incurred while filling said temporary vacancy.
2. That accordingly, Carrier be ordered t.3 reimourse Carman
P. C. Lyles for actual necessary expenses incurred while filling said
temporary vacancy at Anchorage, Louisiana August 20 through
September 2, 1958, inclusive. Amount $98.00.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
