DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Coach Cleaner J. E.
Scott, on July 7, 1958 was improperly denied his right to perform
work at Atlantic City, New Jersey.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to make J. E. Scott
whole by compensating him for three (3) hours at the time and
one-half rate of pay.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex pane form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
