DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Missouri Pacific
Railroad Company improperly assigned a carman helper to perform
carmen's work on cars ART 17288 and ART 17292 on December 12,
1958.
2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company
be ordered to compensate Car Inspector N. W. Waters in the amount
of four (4) hours at the straight time rate for December 12, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
