MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement, including Gauge of
Metal Agreement signed March 16, 1959, Sheet Metal Workers were
improperly assigned to apply nose plates to pilot of diesel engines
8008-A, 8011-A and 7004-A on May 23. 1958.
2. That accordingly Carrier be ordered to restore the above
work to the Boilermakers and compensate Boilermaker F. A. Knight
for eight (8) hours at time and one-half, account of this violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
