SAINT LOUIS SOUTHWESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That Carman H. L. Houck, East St. Louis, Illinois was
unjustly dealt with under the rules of the controlling agreement,
when Carrier failed to compensate him at the time and one-half rate
for service performed on November 27. 1957.
2. That accordingly Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Carman H. L. Houck in the amount of four (4) hours for
service rendered on the aforementioned date.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
