ATCHISON, TOPEKA & SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1-That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly
assigned five (5) Maintenance of Way employes (Bridge and Building) to perform carmen's and carman painters' work on a companyowned truck on February 5, 1958.
2-Accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Carmen G. W. Pool, H. A. Sc'iindler, J. D. Houser, F. M.
Golden and N. Leyva in the amount of four (4) hours each at their
applicable hourly rate of pay for February 5, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above questien was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
