KENTUCKY AND INDIANA TERMINAL RAILROAD
COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
(a) That without justifiable cause, the Kentucky & Indiana
Terminal Railroad Company, hereinafter referred to as the Carrier,
did suspend from service, U. W. Edger and R. A. Rusk, hereinafter
referred to as the Claimants, Machinists at the carrier's diesel shop,
on November 26, 27 and 28, 1958.
(b) That the Carrier be directed to reimburse the Claimants,
each, in the amount of three (3) days pay at straight time rate.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
